I brought my new 2017 Sonata in for its 7500 service and couldn't have been treated any better. I had a couple of concerns that I wanted addressed and my service guy Ken Blake made sure that happened. He was especially attentive during my visit, kept me posted about the time, and did a final summary when everything was finished. I've never had that kind of first-class treatment from a car dealership. I don't mind paying a few $$$ more at service time when I get this kind of attention and my vehicle gets this level of quality of care. The reputation of their service department was a big reason why I chose this dealership to purchase my new Sonata. Now I can say that I have personally experienced it.
