new to area, had to get a recall fixed on my Chev. Arrived at Fairway for my appointment. Kevin the service person checked us in. He said it would be very quick to fix the issues. After 2 hours I asked how much longer it would be and was told it would be another 40 minutes! finally after 2 hours and 50 minutes Kevin drove our car up front. we walked to our car and the only thing he said was that we could not leave yet as he needed to do the paperwork. He walked away and we NEVER saw Kevin again. finally after a while of waiting we asked the cashier when we could leave and she handed us a paper and our keys.... and said we could go!!!
NO ONE EVER SPOKE TO US AS TO WHAT THEY DID TO FIX THE RECALL ISSUE OR ANYTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE HERE. we thought someone would explain what work was completed.
I guess Kevin felt we did not need to know anything........
WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP..
