Its an industrial unit with a roll up door in the middle of a residential area. This is the head office for the chain where they process paperwork and grind the coffee but also have a cafe with seating. In the summer its easy to find with the roll up door raised and seating visible from the street. In the winter its harder to notice, just walk up to the side door and the wonders of roasted coffee are exposed.
At first we passed it several times then saw signs for the entrance, it felt like we were privy to a speak easy so it was really cool. Once we got in we noticed the space was very clean and well kept.
Lavn was very friendly, easy going, and knowledgeable about the coffee. The coffee was very good and the environment completely blew me away with soft music, antique coffee equipment, and empty sacks of coffee beans hanging on the wall like art work.
All and all this is the place to be if you are a coffee purist.
