Horrible experience. Ordered a bunch of items, one of which i ordered erroneously which is totally my fault, but with only one letter difference in the item number and having to thumb through all of them to check specs i also can't really blame myself too much, but i digress... So i ordered these items Saturday and immediately sent an email to them notifying them of the problem so they could rectify it before shipment. Today, two days later, when they are now open again, i get no response until mid morning with an email telling me my item has shipped. But the carrier confirmed it had not even picked up the package yet so i called rather irritated trying to get it rectified as soon as i could, only to be told that they never got my email and that they couldn't guarantee they would be able to get my package before it ships to change the order. I was also told id get a response back one way or another about what the end result was. This was said to me by the guy that claims to be the person in charge of taking the emails and dealing with customer service. About 10 hours later now and still no response, and my package has still not shipped.
The thing that chaps my ass most is that the item still hasn't shipped! They took my money immediately and had an entire day to get my package on route and did nothing with it. So this could easily have been the opportunity they needed to fix my order but still was incompetent to do so. I ordered pc parts the same day on Saturday from 2 other retailers. Amazon and newegg. My Amazon order literally came today. Newegg is tracking to be here tomorrow. So two other merchants will have put my product in my hand before outlet pc has even placed the ones i ordered from them into the hands of the shipping carrier! That is unacceptable! Obviously i could have overlooked this if they used this time to correct my order but they have not. Or at least have not informed me they have as they said they would. Not a good way to start a business relationship and I'm not sure I'll ever be utilizing this merchant again.
