  • Evan took the stress out of both the buying and selling transactions. He came in to our house, let us know what we needed to do, and gave us the tools to get it all done. At the end of the day, the home was expertly marketed and we truly got the best price we possibly could have. On the buy side, reading between the lines in a negotiation is difficult, but Evan helped guide us through the process and provided neutral commentary to help us make sound decisions. We steered the ship, but Evan was charting the route. The personalized website was fantastic! I know we ended up being the topic of conversation for many friend's and family's dinner parties on both sides of the border. Ultimately, the entire experience well exceeded our expectations.
