  • After many years with Verizon we thought we'd look into Sprints offer that was advertised in the newspapers ! Wow ! Never have we had an experience that was as shocking as what we went thru ! My husband had been trying to call for 2 days but no one ever answered the phone ! when he finally got thru they gave him the wrong directions ! As my husband was explaining how far off the directions were the guy helping him starts talking over my husband and YELLING at my husband . My husband was taken aback and tried to calmly finish what he was saying to the guy and the Sprint guy continues yelling that my husband was disrespecting him ! BTW my husband is 78 years old so just asked to speak to the manager and the guy said HE was the manager ! My husband then asked for a district managers name & number but of course no one there knew who that would be ! We got home and called Sprint customer service and reported the guy ,and left his name and number . We have yet to hear from anyone ! Guess now we know why Verizon is # 1 and Sprint isn't and never will be with people like that working for them ! We're staying with Verizon ! They always give excellent customer service ! Don't go to the Sprint store on S Gilbert Rd !
