  • Customer service is horrible, they treat ya like your inconvenience them. Asked questions about certain machines and it was like they expected me to know what to do. Was trying to print some photos and when they came out wrong the lady made it seem like it was my fault and I was unable to get a refund. To many loops that they make u jump thru, will not be returning and will stick to going to Office Max.
