  • My parents moved from Portland to Vegas and bought a home in Henderson. In 2015 my dad hired Anthony & Sylvan put in a brand new pool. That was something that would've never happened living in Oregon. They were so excited! My dad was very pleased with the installation of the new pool and cool deck. However, in June 2017 my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer. He passed away three months later, in October. My mom noticed two rust stains at the bottom of the pool last summer, but with my dad's illness, and his passing, it was not something she could address. In March, 2018, she reached out to Anthony & Sylvan. Weeks go by in between phone calls if they call her back at all. They sent one guy out but have not followed up with her at all. We even went into the office and met with Jim, the area sales manager in person this week. He insured my mom he would call her that afternoon to let her know when the plaster guy would come by and inspect the pool. He didn't even bother calling her back. He knows my mother is grieving. She has taken on so much with my dad gone. They were married 48 years and he usually handled these types of things. At this point, all I can say is SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!
