  • I would give it zero stars if possible. Upon the recommendation of the salesman I bought the R2 mattress in a firm. It was supposed to have a cooling effect and be about the same firmness as the medium firm in the R1. Neither is true. The cooling effect is hype and the mattress is definitely not the equivalent of the medium firmness in the R1. I have fibromyalgia and sleeping on this mattress is torture. Of course they have their no returns on bedding policy which I understand. However, since the mattress was purchased on the advice of the salesman I had hoped for some assistance with this. Now I have a $1000 slab of a torture device. I cannot recommend nor will I ever buy anything else from this store.
