  • Very friendly and excellent customer service! A rental place down the street that rhymes with Davis totally burned me by not listening to my carefully explained situation and backing out on my rental at the last minute. Enterprise saved me by renting me the same car at the last minute! I had several hundred dollars invested in a vacation and the other company refused to work with me and didn't care even though the mistake was a result of their negligence. Enterprise totally understood and made it right.
