  • I love the food. I used to come here often prior to work. I'd call in fifteen minutes prior to my ETA and run in, pay, and come out with fresh food. Now? The last few times I've called, I've been placed on hold for FIVE minutes. And apparently being placed on "hold" means setting the phone down to the side while you hear the staff talking and joking with each other while you're trying to sit patiently waiting to give an order so you can purchase food. I no longer order here and will now be going to different establishments for food given the disrespect this place apparently gives for its customers over the phone. Thanks for the good food, no thanks for the terrible service.
