  • The absolute worst experience ever! They had $70 in a $50 box.and at the register wouldn't even giv a % 10 discount witch I know they had a button for on the registers. The manager was rude saying, "we check our inventory ALL day" witch if they actually did, this wouldn't have happened. So they lost $66 in sales if he would've given me the % 10 discount. I had no problem paying. I know stuff happens, especially in that mall, but when you don't even try to do something, anything to get a sale, you obviously need to be fired and go work landscaping or something. I manage one of the busiest resturant ' s in the vally, and when something is our fault as a company, we take the hit, as little as % 10 is to us it keeps the customer happy and coming back for further sales . I would give no star's, but had to put something!
