I did not go in the store. I ordered 3 sets of baskets for my office. The 1st shipment was returned-missing company name (I'll accept responsibility), the re-order was not a re-order, Ms 'Smarty Pants' did a "re-ship" which does not actually re-ship your order, it refunds your money, per my call today. The young lady today took me thru "The Acquisition" with the order information in front of her. I should NOT have to come into your store to get accurate and good customer service and serious customer care reps. It is just baskets, but OBVIOUSLY there is a market or I would not be purchasing them and Cost Plus World Market selling them. I ordered baskets NOT medicine, how hard can this be? The second lady was so busy judging she could not do what she was supposed to do SO here I am AGAIN waiting to see if the 3rd person will get this order correct. Supposedly they will arrive tomorrow and I'll see if this young lady DOES in fact take off the overnight charge for all the chicanery I have been put thru. My original order was October 29th...
