  • Will never shop here again. First visit to a furniture store since buying a house, bought two desks last week. Took the first home last weekend and came back for the second today. The guys at the dock placed the wrong desk in the trunk, label down so we couldn't see it. Drove home, saw its the wrong desk and asked them to bring us the correct one. Tried to charge us 60 bucks and wait almost two weeks. After an hour on the phone, got to delivery supervisor who basically told us tough and that we could return it. Asked to speak to the store manager and instead got a CSR fill in whose was just as unhelpful. Again told us we had to wait two weeks and if that didn't work out then oh well. Huge fail. Won't come here again for anything despite having a new home in need of furniture. Classic case of good customer service until after you buy a product then you're in your own.
