First off, for being in a strip mall this place is gorgeous. The landscapers clearly take some pride in their work, and on a nice day I'm sure grabbing lunch on their side patio is great. The inside is a little on the dark side, but we got seated towards the back where we could see the cake decorating room next to the bakery, which was pretty neat.
I had their banana pecan french toast and a raspberry french soda, both were good and the servings were pretty generous. With tip this place runs about $15 bucks a plate. It took maybe 20-25 minutes to get our food on a busy Sunday morning.
The waitstaff did leave a little to be desired, however. The hostess sat us at a table with only one chair and left- my boyfriend had to awkwardly walk across the room in search of a chair to steal. Our waitress came for orders and to bring us our food, and never refilled drinks.
Overall, though, a decent experience. The food was tasty and at a reasonable price; I think I'd give this place another chance.
