Service advisor was Matt K.
Since this is my first time getting my F10 getting service at the BMW dealer, I thought I was going to get down talked by a jerk since this is such an upscale dealer compared to your average Toyota/Honda dealer.
I was completely wrong, Matt approached us and immediately I felt peer to peer and was not dealing with a cocky advisor. Matt was very detail oriented when discussing the service I was getting for the car and we ended up getting side tracked into a whole different conversation. He offered us a loaner vehicle so we can go get some coffee and breakfast. He later called and informed us that there some replacement that needed to be done and what not and asked what I would like to do. Did discussed the resolution with him and he agreed and what was very kind of him was that he didn't try to push you into something that wasn't really needed to be done. He called sometime later when the car was done and the car was completed, washed and service.
