K, bought a cornsnake there. I've owned snakes pretty much my whole life so it's not like I'm some newbie.
It didn't eat, it bit constantly and they charged me $120 not even knowing what the colour was of it... calling it a "fancy" cornsnake... when infact it would be called a normal type. They were keeping it in a small cage with no hide or heat in one of the back rooms. When I asked about heating I was told that they turned all the heat sources off at night... even for some of the tropical and desert species... WRONG!
They didn't question as to whether I had any of the proper equipment at home.
When I went to return the snake, they said they couldn't give me cash but could give me a store credit or an exchange. I said I'd look at the other snake. It had escaped. And they couldn't find it. Then when I was chatting with the main care guy of the store he told me that they were feeding these baby snakes 4 pinkies at a time! and they were feeding the ball python (who was of a good size) a "cup full of pinkies" because they weren't allowed to feed animals with hair.
Not only that, but their snake cages were right beside the rodent cages. NO BRAINS MUCH!
