  • I had a vehicle swap rental and spoke to Chris and worked with Carly! We were in and out of there in 10-15 minutes, seriously though, it was Memorial Day weekend and I'm sure no one wants to work but you never would notice with them. Everyone is professional yet not too serious. Thank you Chris and Carly for making this a smooth easy transaction and for us!! I love renting with enterprise and I seriously always have a good experience with them, everyone is always so friendly and helpful and for those of you complaining about the wait, you're getting upset at them as if they want to hold you up for two hours, it isn't their fault if someone says they're going to return a vehicle on a certain date and they don't! Geez, have some understanding, yes it's annoying and a waste of your time but completely unacceptable to call them incompetent and idiots. Be kind people!
