  • We just purchased a 2015 Rav 4 from Jimmy B. and were very happy with our experience. He took a lot of time to talk with us, answer questions, and go over all of the features of the car, and was very patient with us when we decided we needed another day to think things over before making a purchase. We wanted a car with the rubber mats and trunk liner (as opposed to the carpeted ones that are much harder to clean) and he went out of his way to find us a car that had them. Throughout the whole process, he was very friendly and enjoyable to deal with. Highly recommend buying a car from him! While we were not necessarily thrilled with some of the high pressure tactics of the sales manager (we wanted to do a little thinking before making such a large purchase and he wanted us to commit to buying immediately), the price he gave us for our vehicle and trade-in was very fair and overall a good deal. We will be replacing our other vehicle in the next couple of years and will definitely go back to East Madison Toyota!
