  • Unfortunately this is going to be my first review and it has to be a negative one. First let me say this company is a bunch of CROOKS. This company was called to tow a car that was parked in front of my garage without disclosing any information as to who called and with the excuse of in a fire zone. We were told to call in 30 minutes to get the price to get it out of the impound and was told the car hadn't arrived but it would be around $300 but to call back in an additional 45 minutes when the car gets there. Once we called again the same clerk TAMARA told us it would be $190. When we went to pick up the vehicle they decided to change the price to $250. JOHN one of their dispatchers said he didn't know how TAMARA came up with that number because that's not even what it costs to tow the car. He kept stating this is the set price given by the state of the board. If that's the case why are they not compensating for the LACK OF KNOWLEDGE of their own employees? JOHN is the rudest dispatcher and would not even give the full name of the owner of the company, when I asked his full name the response I would get is "Fred" multiple times. Then he decides to hang up the phone instead of trying to assist me or diffuse the situation. Maybe they should learn how to properly onboard their employees and take fault due to their "clerks" negligence & should let their customers pay the price that is given to them. This company is unprofessional and has the worst customer service. They obviously have no business ethics, if I could I would give them no stars for their inadequacy in their establishment. This is why they are rated an F on BBB
