  • Brought my two year old daughter here to play not too long ago and she slipped and got a concussion. They say that this is a socks only facility yet they have very very slippery floors in the front entrance after you enter the gate and by the food area. Definitely not safe for kids at all. After my daughter slipped and hit the back of her head the employees did nothing but just stare me and another parent rushed over to my daughter. They did not offer ice or even acknowledge that my daughter got seriously hurt. Another parent ran to try to get ice for me as my daughter was in a daze. After I left my daughter started puking all over and was completely out of it. Worst employees and worst experience ever. Bring your kids to a safer facility! Also the bathroom was covered in urine and the back of the facility has a very fishy smell by the soft blocks. Very hot in here as well.
