I have attempted to contact this salon THREE times to inquire about an order I place on their website. I've emailed them twice and tried calling once. I have yet to hear back from them on the status of my order. No reply at all. It's been 2 weeks since they've withdrawn funds from my credit card, but I can't get anyone to tell me what happened to my order. I'll have to go through the inconvenience of disputing the charges with my credit card company. So disappointed this has turned into such a hassle. Horrible business practices where they don't even reply to a customer!
