  • I work in the sales industry myself and Daphne is the worst sales I've ever seen. Not only does she not listen to what the customer wants, she prejudges the customer. She undermined our intention to actually purchase a vehicle. She requested that we purchase a car first prior to test driving. That defeats the purpose of a test drive. She went on to indicate that we probably wouldn't be able to afford it and Implied that VW is a high end car when it really isn't. She doesn't even know what we can afford or not. There's nothing more annoying and frustrating than a sales person who thinks she's on the top of the food chain when she's not and prejudges a customer of what they know. Someone needs to put her in her place and hope karma really comes around and smacks her in the face. I believe she needs to be retrained on her customer service Anyways no more VW - went with a Benz instead.
