rev:text	I did not buy my Ford here but have started coming here for service purposes. My experiences have been great. I had no problem getting an appointment to get my radio fixed. The staff there are always kind and greet you warmly. The waiting area is great. We are always offered water, they have a kids area where my kids can watch cartoons, and I really like that they have a TV showing all the cars being worked on. So when I see my car disappear from the screen I instantly know it's done. When they replaced my radio we were all done in 30-40 minutes. I have been very satisfied with my experiences here and will definitely come back when I need more work done.
