  • I send off an inquiry on line and was responded to within minutes and a phone call. It felt like a shark attack on a swimmer wading in the deep end. I stopped in and was approached by another guy *Ross* who seemed to take over from the person who responded to my inquiry. It was weird. Whatever. He was new and didn't really know the answers to some of my questions but we did a test drive. The car was surprisingly better than I expected. I left the dealership to think about things and he was to follow up on the Monday. No call. But someone from a Banff call centre called me. Weird. Then on Tuesday afternoon Ross calls. He was gonna do some research and call me back "later or tomorrow" after he consults his manager. It's been a week, no call, text or email. I been dealing with someone at Tower Chrysler and they have been more consistent in answering my questions and providing the best price I've come across. Maybe that's where things will materialize but sure as hell not at Courtesy. Ironic name for a dealership because since I left the dealership there hasn't been much courtesy. Luckily for Calgarians, there's a lot of Jeep and Ram dealerships!
