  • I wish I could give 0 starts. I had an 11:30am appt and by 1:30pm they were still not finished getting the gel polish off my toes, then they rushed through my pedicure because they had spent so much time removing the old polish. They wouldn't use a drimmel, so they filed the gel polish off for 2 hours. My acrylic fill took another 2.5 hours to complete, and when she was "done" my nails were bumpy, not smooth. When it came time to pay they told me the price was $100 more than what it actually was. I had to add it all together on my own phone to show them the correct amount owed. I will never go back. A fill and pedi should NOT take 4.5 hours. Total waste of my day and money since I got a shitty fill.
