  • This is the third Counter I've been to. The one in NYC is a little above average but not the best burgers around. The one in Marina del Rey, California, is excellent. As good a Turkey Burger as you'll find, very good fish, great fries and excellent service. This place? It's awful! I'm actually quite upset with myself that I didn't complain, and paid their high prices for awful food. The 1/2 lb turkey burger came in 2 very dried out, rubbery patties. The fries had obviously been sitting for a while. They were also dry. Dinner for two, over $45 + tip. Less than mediocre service. Anyone going here should know not all locations are this bad. What I'd like to know though, is how the head office can allow their brand to be trashed like this.
