  • Line ups are usually long for this Michaels to pay and can barely find an associate to help without walking up and down the aisles several times. They had some loose washi tape rolls on sale which I picked up a few. When I went to pay the cashier was rude and gave me attitude and told me you can't buy loose washi tape and questioned where I got them from. I told her I got them where the washi tapes were located. An associate verified that they were indeed loose washi rolls for sale but then the cashier didn't know how to punch in the loose washi tapes. Instead of holding the long line up any further, I told her to forget about it and paid for the other items. I understand that the cashier might not have known that they were selling loose washi tape rolls but the attitude she gave was unnecessary as if I pulled them out of a magician's hat.
