  • Welp, I've found my latest obsession. It seems like such a simple concept, but Popbar really perfects it. My time visiting was around 7PM on a Saturday so it was packed to the brim with a line wrapping through the little shop all the way to the back. However, the line moved quickly and it was so worth it! They provide a variety of "create-your-own" options, with different flavors of gelato and sorbet. They also have a list of popular creations, which I appreciate because I always panic when it's my turn to order. I've had the chocolate covered strawberry the last 2 visits, it's so good and refreshing! A friend also got the limited edition peanut butter gelato with waffle cone, hazelnuts, and chocolate drizzle and it was incredible. I can't wait to go back and try a different combination. Or maybe I'll just get the strawberry again because it IS THAT GOOD.
