  • Two days in a row my husband and I left the room around 10 and returned around 5 to discover that our room had not been straightened up. Each time that we called to complain we were treated rudely and told it must be our fault for leaving a do not disturb sign on the door, which we had not. The hotels is centrally located, which is a big plus.
