I had a root canal done on a molar. I asked for nitrous oxide due to having high anxiety levels when I have dental work done and I have no insurance and had to pay extra for the nitrous. Not only did the nitrous have no effect or work at all, but when I voiced this to the doctor he basically told me I was being ridiculous and that it must be working. I believe they chose to not turn it up to the proper levels and also the mask did not fit properly. I was told the procedure would take an hour and it took two with no explanation. The doctor was cold and had absolutely no bedside manner when it comes to making a patient feel more comfortable. I also felt pain during the procedure. The girls at the front desk are more concerned with socializing amongst themselves and making personal phone calls. I would not recommend Valley for ANY dental procedures.
