  • There is a complete lack of integrity and honesty at this dealership.. they had a truck listed for sale that I was interested in.. I came in to look at it and it was exactly what I wanted, they immediately tried to bait and switch me which should of been my first sign to walk away. I set up an appointment the next day to finalize paperwork, and pick up the truck, and so that they could have some things repaired on the vehicle. I showed up at the appointment time and nothing had been done, waited 2 hours past that time to find out that they had lied to me about the interest rate.. They told me they would call me they were just waiting to hear back from the bank since it was a Sunday.. 2 days later I got a call that they sold the truck out from underneath me to someone else when we had signed paperwork for the truck and started finalizing the purchase What a joke! Shoddy business, and no knowledge of customer service and basic communication skills.
