  • Stellar Lanes threw a gutter ball on customer service today! What should have been a fun, carefree birthday party for my daughter, turned into a miserable experience. At booking, they didn't tell me about a five child minimum and then demanded that I pay for five kids, when only three showed up. They also chose to discuss this issue with me in the middle of the party, disrupting everything. When I refused, they threatened to call the police. Not a "stellar" way to treat a customer. Think twice about booking your next birthday party here, unless you want to spend a night in the slammer.
