  • Lets just say I would of given this company a no star rating if it was available! I have never been so upset about a company in my life! This "taxi" service was horrible! I take taxis all over the US and this company seriously needs to re-configure their customer service and pickups. I called for a pickup from one of my retail stores only a mile away from the airport. The first dispatcher says after 20 mins, please call for your pickup status. I called after 20 mins and Kelly the next dispatcher says that the taxi was just leaving the strip area and to call back after ANOTHER 20 MINUTES!!!!! I couldn't wait 20 minutes and decided that waiting 30 minutes overall was enough time to call back again. Kelly answers again and says the driver is still on their way and said it was a cab driver 19 something and had no clue where they were at. ANOTHER 10 minutes passed and IM STILL WAITING for this damn cab driver!!!! I call back again and Kelly says she is really sorry about all this and that she's just a dispatcher. I get that, but at the same time, why doesn't this cab company have apps like Uber and Lyft that know where their drivers are at all times?!?!?!? This is 2015 people!!! We have technology to do so now! I tell Kelly that at this point, this ride better be free. She didn't respond back to that comment and said, Your driver should be there soon and hung up! I call back in another 5 minutes and Kelly says there is a new cab driver thats picking me up starting with 20 something..... WHY COULDN'T WE GET A NEW DRIVER THE 2ND TIME I CALLED???????? At this point I was already sticking my thumb out to hitch a quicker ride to the airport to catch my flight which was in 30 minutes now! I graciously got a ride from a stranger to the airport and on the way the driver calls me and says he couldn't find me in the area I was at. I said, its been 50 minutes and I just left. He then says, so, you don't need a ride? I said no, I hitched a ride. You think I would of gotten an apology, but nope. He yells "THANKS FOR CANCELING!!!" I then shout out, THANKS FOR NOT PICKING ME UP!!!! And hang up. The gracious guy that brought me to the airport mentioned that Uber is getting passed again for Vegas and I CAN NOT WAIT until they come back and take over with drivers that want to drive and actually care about their passengers and where they need to go for a cheaper price! I got to the airport as my plane was boarding and was able to get a escort to the front of the security checks to make my flight as they were calling my name for last call for boarding!
