  • I am not sure how this Salon has gotten so many five-star reviews. Kim is the woman who has done my pedicure the first time I came to the salon and the second and last time. I had just had his surgery and I explained to him that I would give her an extra large tip due to the fact my toenails were not in the best shape. She literally did nothing except paint the nails and remove the cuticles. She didn't try to remove The Ridges that they actually have a electronic device to do or remove any callus and embarrassed me by saying oh no too much work too much work can't do no more. I was extremely embarrassed and was told by the security guard outside that if the owner was there they would be not acting that way. So I decided to give them another shot and my toenails were not that bad and again I get Kim. I explained to her if you do my nails I want them done properly and I will give you a good tip so instead of asking for someone else I let her do them again. Same exact problem. I don't think she even knows how to do them properly. I supposedly am going back tomorrow to fix The Ridges because I spoke to the manager Valentina. everyone please stay away from this place. It seems a few people that come literally every week and a half get decent service but if you don't they basically just change your nail polish and cut your toenails. I'm getting ready to call the Better Business Bureau that is how mad I am about there service and hospitality
