| - Welcome to Crater Park!...Serious issues with dogs still existing with ongoing destruction to landscaped areas, disgusting! Management recently sent an email explaining how a dog, off leash and out of dog park, bit someone and merely states they MAY issue a fine. Management continues to keep a low profile on correcting the issue, but yet issues us a notice not to renew lease after we contacted management repeatedly about dog issues as well as other problems in the community with no corrections and no replies on some issues. Hmmm... Was it the online reviews that prompted them to do that? No response from Galit on the reason. We had already decided to exit anyways by that time. Management will send out annoying multiple emails each month regarding those tenants that can't get it straight how they need to timely submit their lease payments or get fined (do it) and is likewise weak on getting serious and implementing fines on the dog issues... Read the other reviews of long term tenants as others are unfavorable as well... Walls are thin, heaven help you if you want to move a little in your apartment as we got reprimanded for ' heavy footed stomping' (really? what were two professional adults doing that for?)...it's the floors and cheap construction ( read 10-19-17 review of Angelina G and 'Renter's Voice' online website for similar feedback). Glad to be exiting after experiencing this place since 2016, as we only are using the facility as temporary executive lodging. It's a good place for the young and inexperienced who believe this is the good life here with the fake luxury, the trendy lifestyle of pools, BBQ pits, parties, and a hot tub, that is forever broken, ... and of course it's an absolute paradise for inconsiderate dog owners which likewise mostly fall in that age group of young adults. Note that with other reviews, after some experience and longevity here, they are modified. It's easy to give Citrine a five star rating after a short duration of leasing; we would have done the same at that stage. Management would rather ignore those residents that knowingly violate the leasing contract and willingly destroy the community than preserve and appreciate responsible, executive- type residents who pay on time and have pride in the community and expect the established rules adhered by residents as well as immediately enforced by management. Stay tuned, we will see what the checkout brings...
