  • Direct TV is a complete scam! They charge you for services not needed or asked for by simply sending a email to notify you of service changes. I called to try to talk to a supervisor and the gentleman on the phone said there was no one above him and he would not help me out. DO NOT use their services, their customer service is aweful!
