I lived in Vegas for ten years and tried several different brunch places throughout my time there. However, no place comes even close to Border Grill when it comes to brunch! I love this place and always have a fun time there. I prefer the Mandalay Bay location to the Caesars Palace one, just because this location has the option to sit outside and you are located right next to the Mandalay Bay pool which is nice. The absolute best part about this bunch is the $10 bottomless mimosas. I still do not understand how it costs so little to drink so much! They just keep bringing them out and it's not just OJ - they have at least 10 different options of juice for you to try (and if you stay long enough you can typically try all 10!) Is the food the best I've ever had? No. There are probably other places in Vegas where the food offered at their brunch is better / more gourmet. But it's good - especially if you like Mexican. And oftentimes when people go to weekend brunch in Vegas, they are hungover and this is pretty darn good hangover food. Biscuits. Cheese. Churro tots. You catch my drift. If you are on a diet / trying to eat healthy, this is not the place for you. There are limited healthy options although surprisingly they offer a fair amount of vegetarian dishes on the menu. Great place for a big group of people as they just keep on bringing out small plates and if you need anything extra, they will bring that out for you. Flat rate of $34.999 per person no matter how much you eat. I have never had a bad experience here and, like I said, I've gone several times over the past decade. If you are visiting Vegas or even if you are a local, this is a must-do brunch that you must try!
