  • I go to school at George Brown and I brought in my chef's jacket to have it washed. I told the man that I wanted it washed.. he charged me $15 and instead of washing it, he sent it to the dry cleaners!! I only realized this at the time of pick up, I figured it was a communication error and let it go. While still at the counter I tore off the plastic on the jacket only to find that there was a HUGE dirty gray strip across the front of the white jacket!! When I brought this to their attention, they just gave me a dumb face and blamed it on the dry cleaners. I don't care who did it, fix it!! They still charged me regardless of the fact that my white chef's jacket was filthy and didn't even to offer to fix it. I'm a regular here but that didn't matter to these folks! Now its a quick in out with a grimace for me.
