he sent me some rookie who's never really I don't know cleaned up after himself or done anything with customer service even managed to knock one of the tiles off in my kitchen and still hasn't replaced it. you know you got a rookie when he has to go to the store in the middle of a simple installation for one light. even when the tile came off you refuse to call his supervisor that day he said he talked to him later. a simple light switch and light installation was over four hours long
