  • This company is good and bad. First the good: the workers do a great job, are knowledgeable, and are friendly. Now the bad: the owner, Jason, is very poor on customer service. This started last year when I had a complete "clean-up" in my yard. I wanted some additional work done, but Jason was too busy to ever come out. During late spring and into the summer, I had plants die. As these had a one-year warranty, I contacted Jason about replacements. The first thing he asked me was did I not water the plants. Really? Sounded like a way to not follow up on his warranty. I even sent some photos so he could see what I was referring to. I told him of course I was watering. I told him I still wanted more work done so he could come out, look at the dead plants, and I could hire him for more work. Jason kept canceling, asking if he could contact me at a later date. He never would contact me and it was always me who had to initiate the conversation mostly by text. Last week, his workers showed up and replaced four dead plants. Unfortunately I had six Jason said I only told him four, and I told him that I only sent him some photos so he could see how the plants looked. What matter would it be anyway as all the plants had a one-year warranty. On Friday, I again contacted Jason, and he asked if he could call me Monday for a Wednesday appointment. Well today, no call so I texted Jason, who told me they were too busy and couldn't get to me until November, even though just last Friday, he said they would get to me on Wednesday of this week! When I asked about the two replacement plants, he accused me of not maintaining my property and not having the sprinklers set properly. I had my sprinklers on 3 times a day 7 days a week in summer. In September we are mandated to go to 3 days a week and I only went to that on September 15. His final comment to me was "replace them yourself."
