  • Sales people are very helpful. That is the best thing I can say. I spent over $2400 for a couch and chair only to have the seat cushion fabric rip apart at the seams within 6 months. Almost 4 months after initially contacting customer service, I'm still trying to get the items replaced. I'm a single person with no kids so the furniture is hardly being abused. The call center employess have lied to me repeatedly about calling me back with an ETA on replacement. I will never purchase furniture here again. The annoyance simply wasn't worth it.
