  • WORST service ever. My $100 pants have been lost for 6 weeks now. Owner told me she would call me back at least 5 times and has yet to call. I brought 9 items in and it took 4 trips back to get my items a few at a time. Owner keeps telling me she needs time and needs to resolve it with the factory and I don't care about any of that. Things happen, I get it. Be patient, I get it. I've been patient and now it is time to rectify this. I will replace the pants but as a business owner she should reimburse me for the pants and for the money I spent to have my clothes cleaned. Nicole, the owner, does not deserve your business. She always has her kids running around and beyond that she leaves this a new worker every time I go in there or a sweet seamstress who doesn't speak English. Terrible service! I would not recommend anyone go there because they do not deserve the business.
