  • Arthur was HORRIBLE! Rude, hostile, disrespectful, and dishonest. He cancelled on me 5 minutes before my class when I had already driven all the way there. He has a reputation in the healthcare community for giving you a CPR card with only 15 minutes of class time and likes you to bring cash. So, many people use him. I called, as I was in a hurry and had only a week to get my renewal. I asked if he had any openings today. He said 6pm. At 5:45pm I was driving there when I noticed Google Maps was taking me to the wrong place. So I adjusted the map, and decided to call the location to confirm. According to Google, I was 10 minutes away. When Arthur answered, he was immediately angry that I was confirming the location, and said he didn't want to wait for me (so I guess there wasn't a class at 6pm?) . I explained I was almost there, it was before 6, and I was just confirming. But he was already on a roll. He yelled "I don't know where you are" and "I made you an appointment" and so on. He was yelling, and wouldn't let me get a word in! "I don't need a CPR class, YOU do, and you can go someplace else because I don't want to wait" plus several other rude and awful things. So, I guess I'll find a REAL training center. But, until the AHA finds out, you can probably get a quick renewal card from this jerk if you're willing to put up with his attitude.
