  • Nuro Bistro popped up on my Instagram a week ago and I've been drooling over their pictures ever since, so when I was in the area today I knew I had to pop by! They only have one entrance, which can be confusing if you park in the back but just walk around the building. Let me start by saying that all of the employees were SO friendly! From our waiter to the chef himself, everyone went out of their way to make sure that our questions were answered, our food was to our liking, and our leftovers boxed up when we were ready to leave. But most importantly, THE FOOD is AMAZING. I've been looking for authentic Hainan chicken (or as we called it in Thailand, khao mun gai) in Las Vegas forever, and this places nails it. From their perfectly oiled rice, to the fresh chicken, all the way to their perfect sweet/spicy Nuro sauce, my dish was perfect from the first to the last bite. My husband got the chicken noodle soup which got a thumbs up from both of us as well. Also there are photos (and paintings) of the owner's pugs all over the restaurant, which I'm obviously a fan of. I will definitely be back!
