  • I was looking for a dessert place still open in the area and came across La Flor de Michoacan. I came in 10 minutes before they closed with my fiancè and the two ladies stopped cleaning just to serve us, which I appreciated very much. We ordered their Chamango with Mango ice-cream, another alternative flavor would be lime ice-cream but I wanted double the tropical flavor. It was interesting to watch them make the Chamangos, Rosa made made them with love! She packed in mangos and the chamoy sauce, delicious! Our total was $14.56 with tax and their $0.50 card fee. I suggest you pay with cash here so you could avoid that additional fee. Some Chamango's come in a smoothie form but La Flor's is just packed with mangos. It's good but I would have preferred the mangos and ice-cream to be blended just to make it easier for those who have no time to sit to eat it, instead have to travel to elsewhere. Their customer service was great and the ladies working at night still made us feel welcomed although they were cleaning up for the last 5 minutes.
