| - This property is usually priced on the lower end of the MGM properties, but I think it's still not bad. The inside of the casino looks like other casinos. I have stayed here twice and the last time I was put in the Resort tower, which I suspected would be a low class tower, but it doesn't appear that way. My room was on the 5th floor and it was a room larger than most standard rooms in Las Vegas, Large enough for the king bed, dresser, love seat, coffee table and chair. My view was right over the pool! The fitness center is pretty good with many cardio machines, some weights and lockerooms.
The check-in line was long, but this year I was upgraded to Pearl status so there is separate line for Pearl status and higher. Other MLife Properties have a separate line for gold status and higher.
My only gripe about the location is the driveways can only be accessed by eastbound on Tropicana or south on Las Vegas Blvd. If your traveling west on Tropicana, you have go about 1/2 down, U-turn and come back over the freeway because there is no break in the center divider for you to left turn.
I will be back to stay at this property again.
