| - Our experience started great ! The employee that provided assistance in the store was great! He was very knowledgeable about washers and dryers..............................................THIS IS WHERE THE GOOD EXPERIENCE STARTED AND STOPPED!!!! The purchase date of the washer and dryer was the 7th, they could not schedule a delivery until the 15th (too long, but ok). The washer was fine, the dryer door did not close all the way, it was bent and did not seal, so it was refused. We were advised to call customer service, which we did. They transferred our call to the Pineville, NC store and we were told a new dryer would be delivered on Monday morning the 17th before noon (ok that;s fine). Well noon on Monday came and went, we started calling customer service around 1pm. After 2 phone calls to customer service and 2 to the store we were told they could not deliver the dryer until Friday the 21st!!!! WHAT! this is 14 days after purchase. We tried to escalate the situation, to no avail. Horrible customer service!! We are VERY disappointed! We asked for compensation for the wait and do not have that either! . We easily could have purchased this at a competitor, now we wish we had, we would not have to go to the laundromat tomorrow!!!!!!WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED AT LOWE'S!
