  • Dropped my car off for a simple oil change that took two hours to complete. Service personnel were over worked while others had no customers which left me standing and waiting for 20 mins after my car was already parked outside. I had to ask cashier to grab my paperwork after I sat waiting for 45 mins for my car to be washed. Second time I've had my vehicle serviced here. Same story. Bad prioritization skills. Period.
