  • I have been waiting for a cousins Maine lobster truck to open in Vegas. All I can say is wow what a great concept and great food. I had the Connecticut lobster roll today and it was 5 star. I am from the east coast and I did grow up on Maine lobster and this is about as authentic and fresh as your gonna get. I wish these guys good luck and you will be seeing me pretty often. Also I was impressed with the cleanliness of the truck. The person running the truck said the truck was completely brand new and not an old truck with fresh paint.
